Introducing Rose Care

Rose Care Suffolk Ltd is a friendly, first-class team of home care professionals dedicated to serving the people of Felixstowe and the surrounding Trimley villages and Kirton.

Established in 1995 by our current owners, we’re proud to support the local community and to have become one of the best-loved and most frequently recommended home care providers in East Suffolk.

Our close-knit Rose Care team has decades of care experience and is regularly cherished as ‘extended family’ - not only by those directly cared for, but also by their loved ones who so often engage our help for respite and peace of mind and equally deserve our support.

Rose Care Suffolk Ltd currently holds the highest overall rating awarded by industry regulator, The Care Quality Commission - ‘Outstanding’.

Our Services

At Rose Care we recognise that personal home care means different things to different people. Needs vary considerably amongst  elderly, frail and vulnerable members of our community and can – and do – change regularly, often with little notice.

As experts in home social care, we use our extensive experience to create individually tailored and highly flexible home care plans which promote independence, but always deliver peace of mind.

We offer everything from personal care to palliative care; gentle companionship to practical help with shopping, housework or laundry, as well as accompanied visits for medical appointments or social occasions, sleep-in assignments and respite support.

Our dedicated, qualified carers live locally and have experience with dementia and neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis.

RoseCare is operating during the pandemic and we are compliant and kept fully up-to-date - our carers, clients and their families share how Rose Care operate amidst the pandemic.

Kind Words & Thank-yous

Thank you very much for the Christmas Party, mum - enjoyed herself so much. She was full of it this morning. She said she had lots of fun and everyone was so kind.

Each and every one of you have made this incredibly difficult year bearable. You are the most empathetic people.

I, as a former manager myself, have appreciated the professionalism shown by your carers, both practically and in appearance.

Thank you for all the loving care and consideration shown by everyone

Thank you so much for all you do.

Caring for mum, support and counselling (for me) and being amazing.

Thank you for all your ministrations which has enabled her to see out her remaining years in her beloved bungalow which is all she ever really wanted.

The Difference We Make

Rose Care is all about empowering individuals who wish to be independent in their own home. It’s why we like to talk about offering support rather than simply providing it.

We understand first-hand the importance of choice and the quality of life it brings – that some days, just knowing we’re there to step in and help is encouragement enough for a client to take the lead on a particular household task; on others, a chat and a cuppa whilst we get the task done may be what’s most appreciated and makes all the difference.

We very much respect your time too and pride ourselves on being one of the only home care companies in the county to give a specific time for each visit – and we have a track record of reliably arriving within +/- 15 minutes.

Quality care and quality time go hand in hand. If you are caring for a loved one, our home visits can provide the breathing space you need to make a meal to share with your family or have a moment’s me-time. When we help out, everyone benefits – so many of our clients’ families comment on the quality time our support ultimately allows them to enjoy with the loved one being cared for.
