Keeping warm this winter

As the nights start to draw in, our attention is turned towards the coming winter months and keeping warm, so here are some tips from the NHS for keeping warm and well.

  • Draw your curtains at dusk
  • Have regular hot drinks and at least one hot meal a day
  • Wear several light layers
  • Keep your home warm, between 18-21C
  • Keep as active as possible
