All our managers are experienced and have been employed in the provision of care services for at least ten years.
Staff Training and Education
Care staff will be informed of all relevant training, as it becomes available.
- All care workers will receive in-house training appropriate to their area of work.
- All care workers will be made aware of health and safety policies.
- All care workers will attend relevant training courses (subject to available funding).
